• We accept only prepaid orders.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

• In case of payment failure during checkout, customers may complete the payment manually via UPI as instructed on our Contact page.

• Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

2. Order Confirmation & Processing

• Once payment is confirmed, you will receive order confirmation via WhatsApp or email.

• PrettyBlossoms.in reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity.

3. Cancellations

• Order cancellation requests must be raised only via WhatsApp before the order is shipped.

• Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only in selected cases, subject to verification.

• Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the issue and will be evaluated on a case-to-case basis.

• For return or refund-related concerns, customers must contact us via WhatsApp only.

5. Product Information

• We strive to display accurate product descriptions and images. However, variations in color, size, or appearance may occur in several circumastances.

• Such variations shall not be considered defects.
