The Paul Bocuse rose is a refined French shrub rose named in honour of the legendary French chef Paul Bocuse. Known for its romantic, old-world appearance and “apricot-pink” hues, it belongs to the Generosa® Collection.

- Appearance: Features large (up to 14 cm), fully double, cup-shaped blooms with approximately 60 petals. The colour is typically a rich apricot or peach-pink that softly fades as it matures.
- Fragrance: It possesses a complex, fruity scent often described as a mix of melon, cherry, green tea, and raspberry.
- Growth Habit: An upright, vigorous bush that typically reaches heights of 120–150 cm (4–5 ft) and a spread of about 60–120 cm.
